2. Services & Project Scope
JK Soft delivers custom web development, digital marketing, Google Ads management, social media management, WhatsApp marketing, ERP solutions, and custom mobile applications according to individually agreed proposals and statements of work.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon final settlement of project payments, deliverables specified in the client agreement become the property of the client, excluding JK Soft's pre-existing frameworks, proprietary code libraries, or third-party open-source components.
4. Limitation of Liability
JK Soft shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from third-party hosting downtimes, platform API policy changes (e.g., Google, Meta, WhatsApp), or external disruptions beyond our reasonable control.
